This HIPAA attestation affirms that Inception Cyber’s policies, procedures, and controls with respect to the handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) meet the requirements of the HIPAA Security, Privacy, and Breach Notification Rules. Conducted in parallel with Inception Cyber’s previously announced SOC 2 Type II audit (also performed by Sensiba LLP), the HIPAA attestation underscores the company’s comprehensive approach to compliance and trust in healthcare contexts.
